Personal Code of Conduct and Practice

•  All invoices are clearly itemised
•  Customers are kept up to date and informed about any cost increases. Extra work will not be carried out until authorised
•  We endeavour to carry out all work to above industry standards, as we feel the current code of practice is insufficiently rigorous for our business and customers
•  We aim to acquire sufficient technical knowledge enabling us to carry out properly all work undertaken and to keep up with the motor industry's constant changes
•  Whilst we strive to avoid warranty issues, any such problems will be dealt with promptly and as efficiently as possible
•  We do not use bonus systems, sales targets, loss leaders or similar schemes, as in our view they can lead to the unscrupulous generation of extra sales.
